This immaculately presented property of 347m2 lays on a large 900m2 plot of landscaped gardens with unspoilt views and a 10m x 5m kidney shaped pool.

The 5 bedroom Villa will comfortably cater for 10 people. The Villa is finished to high standard. Main entrance leads into the Upper Villa consisting of 3 bedrooms (1 Master with en-suite and corner bath, 1 double and 1 smaller with Bunk Beds). The main living area consists of modern fully fitted kitchen with feature archway leading to the dining room and lounge area with real fire leading onto open balcony – perfect for those balmy evenings or summer days. Both double bedrooms also open up onto the balcony. Main rooms are Fully Air-Conditioned and also include Heated Floors and Radiators for out of season rentals!

From the outside balcony you can take the sweeping staircase down the the Pool area and lower level Villa.

Downstairs to the lower level there are another 2 bedrooms (1 king size bed and 2 singles), family bathroom, American style kitchen that overlooks the family room. Here you will find all the essentials to keep you entertained when you need some out of the sun time!
